This is obviously thicker than juice and may contain more nutrients and fiber.
Unlike juices, smoothies contain fibers which make them more filling. But fibers also tend to slow down the absorption of nutrients. People who are concerned about their blood sugar sometimes prefer blending to juicing since their fiber ensures that sugar is absorbed by the body slowly and steadily.
A smoothie can be considered a whole food complete with nutrients and fiber. They can even substitute one of your main meals.

Juicing is the process of extracting juice from fruit or vegetable by separating the liquid and the pulp. Since the pulp is removed, juices do not contain any fiber. When you drink juice, your body is provided with a high amount of liquid that is rich in nutrients. The absence of fiber ensures that these nutrients absorb quickly into the body. This is because the digestive system does not have to work hard to break the nutrients, without fiber.
But juices don’t make you feel full quickly, unlike smoothies. So you can drink a wide variety of fruits and vegetables to obtain a maximum amount of nutrients.
